Hey Juan! I have shared our session plans from 3 very fun Zoom practices in the other thread about practice ideas. I think they are relevant for all but we did them with our U11 Girls group and they seemed into it :)
Let me know if you try any of our ideas or have any of your own you'd like to share since we have a similar age group!

@mairenlenehan I told them to try and get cones but most of them don't have those at home, so a pair of shoes works great :). One girl used apples too...I use my phone as a stopwatch. I only write down their records for the juggling section - that way we can see their progress over time.

What do you tell the girls to have with them? 2 cones?
What do you have with you as you coach? stop watch? do you write anything down?
Hi Juan. This is an example of a zoom practice that our coach takes our U9 girls through. They probably don't get through all of this, but this is the "ideal":
10-13 players
30-45 minutes
3-5 minutes - check in, meet & greet, set up, free juggle
15-20 minutes - technical work, ball "gymnastics", Coerver, moves,
etc....30-45 seconds on/15 seconds rest......
Boxing touches
Boxing w/ quarter turns outside of foot
Sole flicks across the body (like inside roll flicks)
Drags
Drags w/ a couple box touches between each
Pull/push/hop - sole/laces/hop alternating feet
Right triangles - right sole/inside right/hop/inside left
Left triangles - opposite above
Bow Ties - right sole/inside right/hop/left sole/inside left/hop
Two foot V’s (laces) - right sole/left laces/hop/left sole/right
laces/hop - making the letter V
Two foot V’s (insides) - same as above but inside foot instead of laces
One foot V’s (laces) -  right sole/hop turn right/push right -
alternating feet - making the letter V
One foot V’s (insides) - same as above but push w/ insides
Pull back Cruyff’s - sole, inside behind planted leg, opposite little
toe - alternating feet
Taps
Tap/Tap/Scissor/Scissor
Lateral explosive taps
Practice Example #2:
Figure 8’s cone dribbling - two cones 3 yards
apart......1-1.5 minutes work/15-30 seconds rest
boxing 8’s
right big toe/left big toe 8’s
right little toe/right big toe 8’s
left little toe/left big toes 8’s
right little toe/left little toe 8’s
forward taps 8’s
5-10 minutes juggle challenges - what's your top number during this time
left/right/left/right
off foot only
waterfalls - one right/two left/three right/four left/etc
ladders - one right/one left/two right/two left/etc
around the worlds
over the head only
below the waist only
depending on the challenge I will record their high scored each week
and track or we will finish w/ a daily team challenge/goal/target
number......
